3.4 Where 786app provides specific terms for individual promotions, bonuses or competitions ("Specific Terms"), those Specific Terms shall apply in addition to and, in the event of a conflict, shall take precedence over these general Terms.
4.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an Account or use the Platform. Where the applicable operator license jurisdiction specifies a higher minimum age, that higher age limit applies. 786app strictly prohibits access by minors.
4.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 786app makes no representation that the Platform is available for use in all locations. 4.3 Capacity. By accepting these Terms you represent and warrant that: (a) you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (b) you are not accessing the Platform on behalf of a minor; (c) you are not a person barred from receiving services under applicable law.
4.4 Single Account. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — including accounts in the names of third parties — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
5.1 To access certain features of the Platform you may be required to create an Account. During registration you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details.
5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
5.3 You agree to notify 786app immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach. 786app will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account prior to notification.
5.4 786app reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its absolute discretion, including where registration may conflict with applicable law or compliance obligations.
5.5 By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4.
6.1 786app and/or its partner operators may be required by applicable law and licensing obligations to verify the identity of Users before permitting certain actions, including but not limited to the processing of withdrawals.
6.2 You may be requested to provide documentation including: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification document (Pakistani CNIC or passport); (b) proof of residential address; (c) a selfie or liveness verification check.
6.3 You must submit all requested documents through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal only. You must not send sensitive identity documents via unencrypted email, instant messaging or any third-party channel.
6.4 You are strictly prohibited from submitting documents that are altered, obscured, falsified or otherwise inaccurate. Submitting fraudulent documentation constitutes a criminal offence and will result in immediate Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
6.5 786app reserves the right to suspend or close an Account pending the satisfactory completion of identity verification procedures.
7.1 Deposits made to the Platform must be funded from payment sources that are lawfully held in the User's name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
7.2 Payment methods available on the Platform are determined by the operator and may include various local and international options. Familiar Pakistani payment channels — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced in informational content on the Platform. 7.3 Minimum deposit amounts, applicable fees and currency conversion rules are subject to the operator's current cashier terms. PKR-denominated transactions are subject to any applicable exchange rates or bank processing charges.
7.4 786app is not responsible for delays, failures or charges imposed by payment providers or financial institutions in connection with deposits.
7.5 Deposits used for participation in gambling activities may be subject to applicable financial transaction monitoring under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.
8.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable Wagering Requirements on active bonuses; (c) the Account being in good standing with no pending security reviews; and (d) the withdrawal amount meeting the operator's stated minimum.
8.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. The operator reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal methods where required.

9.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Illustrative example: a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement obliges the User to place qualifying bets totalling PKR 30,000 before withdrawal is permitted. 9.3 Maximum Bet Restriction. While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or stake permitted is subject to the applicable Bonus Terms. Exceeding the stated maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.

13.3 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786app shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including financial losses from gambling activities, system outages, data loss or reliance on Platform Content.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 786app is incorporated or registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
